I’m putting together an intensive one-day program for a group of 20+ recruiters and need a senior-level trainer who can translate theory into practice. Delivery can be fully online, onsite at our Bengaluru office, or a mix of the two—whatever lets you demonstrate live examples, run mock interviews, and keep the session energetic.
What we must cover during the day:
• JD analysis and true requirement gathering
• Technical skill mapping and quick Boolean sourcing tricks
• Resume screening frameworks that scale
• Structured interviewing for both C2H and FTE hires
• Managing client expectations and feedback cycles
• Offer negotiation, pre-boarding, and smooth Day-1 hand-offs
• Key recruitment metrics and productivity boosters
I’m looking for someone with 10+ years in IT staffing or corporate TA who has already trained teams, not just managed requisitions. Bring war stories, sample resumes, evaluation sheets, and any tools (ATS walk-throughs, sourcing plugins, Excel trackers, etc.) that showcase best practice.
By the end of the session the team should walk away with:
1. Printable/job-aids or slides they can reference later
2. Completed mock interviews and feedback sheets for each participant
3. A metrics template we can plug straight into our ATS or Excel
If this sounds like your wheelhouse, tell me how you’d structure the day, the activities you’d run, and any pre-work you’d like from our side.
