Hand-Drawn Storytelling Animator Needed

I already have a polished script and a final voice-over track for a series of character-driven YouTube videos. What I need now is a skilled 2D animator who can translate that narrative into a rich, detailed hand-drawn world. The focus is pure storytelling with expressive characters, cinematic scene transitions, and smooth lip-sync that matches my audio perfectly.

You will receive:
• the complete script
• the mastered voice-over file
• timing notes for key story beats

From there, your task is to animate the characters and scenes so the visuals carry the same emotional weight as the dialogue. I welcome whichever tools you prefer—Toon Boom, TVPaint, Adobe Animate, or another hand-drawn pipeline—as long as the final render looks authentically illustrated and is delivered in 1080p (or higher) ready for YouTube upload.
