Gym Website & Cross Platform App

I need a full-stack build that covers both a public-facing website under my own domain and a native-feeling app released on iOS and Android. The heart of the project is workout tracking, so the user flow has to make it effortless for members to log sessions and instantly see their progress charts. An in-app exercise library with clear media, cues, and muscle-group tags will back that up, while a personalised workout-plan generator should adapt programs automatically as members hit new milestones.

Because the business side can’t be an afterthought, the same code-base (or a tightly integrated companion portal) must let me handle membership management and class scheduling from a single dashboard—think real-time slot availability, push reminders, and simple payment hooks. A consistent design language across web and mobile is important to me; I’m fine with React (web) plus React Native or Flutter for the app, but I’m open to other modern stacks if they shorten development time without sacrificing quality. Cloud sync, secure authentication, and GDPR-compliant data storage are non-negotiable.

Deliverables

• Admin/back-office panel for memberships, classes, and content updates
• Source code in a private repo, build/run documentation, and one brief hand-over call

Acceptance criteria: feature completeness against the list above, clean UI/UX, no major bugs, and successful test uploads to TestFlight and Google Play Console.
