Gujarati Virtual Assistant for DMs

I need a fluent Gujarati-speaking virtual assistant to work with Integrated Media on an ongoing, remote freelance basis. Your main focus will be timely, well-documented lead follow-ups, supported by day-to-day DM management, light community engagement, lead qualification, and straightforward CRM updates.

Within DM handling you will be expected to:
• respond promptly to customer inquiries in Gujarati or English,
• filter and prioritise incoming messages so the right leads receive attention first,
• forward any specialist queries to the appropriate team member.

Most communication happens through social platforms and a cloud-based CRM; if you already have preferred tools, let me know.
