I already drafted a release agreement with AI for six guest speakers who appear in my forthcoming book and companion online course. Now I need a lawyer-grade version that a publishing house can rely on without hesitation..... using what I have developed as a starting point to minimise work of freelancer and ensuring all main points are covered

Scope
• One clear, comprehensive contract that secures worldwide, perpetual permission to use each guest’s video, audio and transcript excerpts in every format (print, e-book, audiobook, streaming course, translations, etc.).
• Language that makes it obvious the material may sit behind a paid course wall—the fee only covers production, hosting and day-to-day platform costs, not profit.
• Explicit confirmation that we may edit or condense the interviews for the book while keeping the full recordings in the course.
• Clauses on intellectual-property ownership, moral rights waivers, publicity rights, indemnification and governing law, drafted to conventional publishing standards.

Acceptance criteria
1. Final document delivered in editable Word format.
2. Read-through version with plain-English comments explaining each clause.
3. Ready for signature with space for six individual names or a template merge field.

If you have publishing-sector contract experience and can turn this around quickly, I’d love to put the finishing touches on this project with you.
