I manage several brands across very different industries and need a versatile creator who can keep the visual output consistent, polished, and conversion-focused. Day to day, you’ll be preparing social media posts and graphics, cutting short-form videos for Reels and TikTok, and refreshing website banners or promo clips—always with the clear objective of driving leads, enquiries, and sales.
How we work
• Engagement model is flexible: either a full-time commitment of roughly eight hours a day on a fixed monthly salary, or on a per-project basis with rapid turnarounds. Whichever route we choose, payment is released only when the task is complete; I have been burned before and need that safeguard in place.
• I’ll supply detailed briefs for every deliverable, along with brand guidelines when available. You may be juggling assets for multiple brand voices on the same day, so an eye for style shifts is essential.
• Clear, fluent English—written and spoken—is mandatory because we collaborate heavily via chat and quick calls.
Skill set I expect
Photoshop for intricate edits, Canva for rapid templated work, and a modern video editor (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, CapCut—your choice) for snappy, on-trend edits. Trend awareness is fine, but sound composition, typography, colour balance, and storytelling must come first.
Before we start
Please share one sample image or a short video clip that proves your quality meets or exceeds the standards above. If we decide to proceed on a full-time basis, I’ll set a short paid trial to confirm speed and consistency; for project work, I’ll judge by the initial sample and a small starter task.
Deliverables per brief (typical)
• 2–3 platform-ready social posts (Insta/Facebook/LinkedIn dimensions)
• 1 vertical video (15–45 sec) cut for Reels/TikTok
• 1 website banner or hero image/video in the required resolution
If you’re comfortable switching brand styles quickly, thrive on tight deadlines, and can back up your vibe with solid design fundamentals, let’s talk and get that first sample in.
