Grant Fundraising for Aid Foundation

My foundation is dedicated to helping people in need, but to keep our programs moving forward we must strengthen our funding pipeline. I’m looking for a fundraising specialist who can focus on identifying and securing grants from charitable trusts, corporate giving programs, and other institutional funders.

Here’s what I want to achieve:
• A researched shortlist of grant-making organizations that align with our mission
• A clear calendar showing application windows, deadlines, and required materials
• Well-crafted core narratives, budgets, and supporting documents ready for submission
• At least one polished, submission-ready grant proposal to serve as our template for future applications

You’ll need solid experience with tools such as Foundation Directory Online, Grants.gov, or similar databases, and the writing skills to translate our impact stories into persuasive proposals. Knowledge of compliance requirements and typical reporting expectations is important so the documents you prepare can be reused with minimal edits.

I will supply background information on our programs, financials, and past impact data. You’ll guide me on any gaps, draft the content, refine it after feedback, and package everything so I can confidently hit “submit.”
