I run an online language and American Sign Language learning platform that currently delivers live, GPU-intensive content to a large South-Florida school district from dedicated servers in Tokyo. With enrollment climbing and latency becoming a concern, I’m ready to move the entire workload to the cloud and need an expert to guide every step.

I’m cloud-agnostic at this stage—public, private, or hybrid; AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure—whichever architecture you recommend that best balances cost, performance, and long-term scalability will work for us. What matters most is a well-reasoned plan that protects sensitive student information and satisfies U.S. educational privacy requirements (FERPA, SOC 2, etc.).

What I need from you
• A migration strategy that maps current GPU workloads to appropriate cloud services, complete with cost projections and risk mitigation steps
• A high-level infrastructure design (networking, identity, storage, databases, and GPU or accelerator choices) backed by clear security and privacy safeguards
• A detailed timeline leading to a production launch before Thanksgiving, including any phased cutovers or pilot periods
• Hands-on guidance—or full execution—of the build, data transfer, and go-live tasks, along with documentation my in-house team can maintain
• Post-deployment operational support parameters so I know exactly how monitoring, incident response, and future scaling will be handled

I’m ready to start discussions immediately, so if you have deep cloud architecture experience with GPU workloads and a track record in the education sector, let’s talk today.

FYI: Our website is already complete, and no further work is needed. We just want the entire website migrated to the Cloud Network environment.
