PPT Design Instructions – SPARE APSRTC Presentation
Target audience: Transport Minister, APSRTC senior officials and Government officials.
The PPT should look premium, professional, clean and government-level — not like a normal startup/company presentation.
Do NOT use stock photos, people photos, buses photos, parcel photos or unnecessary images.
Use only icons, diagrams, process flows, charts, shapes and typography wherever visuals are needed.
Use the APSRTC logo on the top-left of every slide.
Use the Government of Andhra Pradesh emblem on the top-right of every slide.
Keep both logos small, properly aligned and consistent on all slides.
Use a white/light background with dark green as the primary colour and a subtle gold/yellow accent.
Keep the design minimal and spacious. Avoid overcrowding.
Use large headings and short bullet points. Don't put paragraphs everywhere.
Important numbers/keywords should be highlighted using large typography or small cards.
Use consistent fonts throughout — preferably Aptos / Aptos Display / similar professional font.
Every slide should have a clear visual hierarchy: Heading → Key message → Supporting points.
Use process diagrams for workflows instead of explaining everything in text.
Use Before vs After layouts to clearly show the difference between the existing APSRTC parcel process and SPARE.
The overall story should be:
Problem → Current Process → SPARE Solution → How It Works → Benefits → Dashboard → Pilot → Measurement → Commercial Model → Future Roadmap → Government Request.
The most important message should be:
“We are not asking the Government to make a large investment immediately. Let us run a controlled pilot, measure the results, and then decide.”
The presentation should feel credible and practical, not like we are making exaggerated claims.
Don't use unsupported percentage claims such as “50% faster” unless actual pilot data is available.
For the pilot, visually show:
Pilot → Measure → Evaluate → Decide → Scale
The final slide should have a strong, simple Government Request, not a sales-style “Thank You” slide.
Overall impression should be:
“This is a serious digital-governance proposal that can be tested with low risk.”
One-line brief for the freelancer

“Create a premium, minimal, government-level presentation for the Transport Minister — no photos, no clutter, only clean diagrams, icons, data cards and process flows, with APSRTC and Andhra Pradesh Government logos consistently on opposite top corners.”
