Google Workspace & GHL Integration Setup

I need my entire Google Workspace stood up from scratch, tied cleanly to our existing domains, and then linked to Go High Level so every “yes” to our webinar invites flows straight into the right pipeline.

Here’s the full picture:

• Domains & DNS – I’ll give you registrar access so you can add the correct MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records. Once mail is verified, each team member must have a branded Gmail inbox that works flawlessly.
• Webinar invitations – Using Google Calendar, I’ll be sending out one-click webinar invites. The task is to build the invitation template, make sure the RSVP buttons are visible in Gmail, and confirm responses land back in Calendar without errors.
• GHL integration – When someone accepts, I want their attendee information captured and pushed into Go High Level automatically. Whether you use native integrations, Zapier, Make, or custom webhooks is up to you, as long as it’s reliable and visible in my GHL account.

Acceptance criteria
1. Email authentication passes (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) on major providers.
2. Test invite shows “Yes Attending” & “No” options and logs correctly in Google Calendar.
3. An accepted test RSVP appears in Go High Level with the contact’s name, email and webinar tag within 60 seconds.
