Google Sheets Conditional Formatting Overhaul

My Google Sheet spans about 100 individual pages packed with data, but the presentation is raw. I need the entire file to be reformatted exclusively through conditional formatting driven by custom formulas—no manual color fills or one-off tweaks.

Here’s what I have in mind:
• Analyse the existing data on every page, then design concise, reusable conditional-format rules.
• Build the rules with custom formulas (e.g., REGEXMATCH, TODAY(), ARRAYFORMULA) so colours adjust automatically as values change.
• Apply the rules consistently across all pages, keeping performance in mind and avoiding conflicts with any current formatting.
• Provide a brief reference sheet listing each custom formula you introduced and the intention behind it.

The job is complete when every page responds correctly to the new rules without breaking existing calculations, and the reference sheet lets me maintain or expand the logic later.
