My Android app is already uploaded to Google Play and is stuck in “pending approval.” Google’s message says at least 14 real testers must install and keep the app for 14 consecutive days before review can proceed. I have a few volunteers lined up, but not the full 14.
Here’s the help I need:
• Audit the current Play Console submission and confirm every policy requirement is satisfied.
• Supply or coordinate the remaining testers, guide them into the correct testing track, and make sure the build stays installed for the full 14-day window.
• Collect any basic feedback or usage evidence Google may ask for during the review.
• Re-trigger or fast-track the review once the testing criterion is met so the app can go live.
The APK itself is stable; this task is all about meeting Google Play’s closed-testing rules quickly and cleanly. Familiarity with Google Play Console release management, policy diagnostics, Firebase Crashlytics, and the review dashboard will be valuable.
Deliverable: the app publicly approved and live on Google Play.
If you have navigated this exact “14-tester” hurdle before, tell me how soon you can start day-one of the test cycle.
