Project Overview

I’m looking for a reliable **Lead Generation / Web Research Specialist** to find businesses listed and currently operating on **Google Maps** that **do not have a website**.

The goal is to build a clean, accurate list of potential business leads that may benefit from having a professional website.

## IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT – EMAIL IS MANDATORY

**EVERY BUSINESS MUST HAVE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS.**

This is a **mandatory requirement** for every lead.

- Do NOT include a business if you can only find a phone number.
- Do NOT include a business without an email address.
- Every business added to the Google Sheet MUST have a verified/publicly available email address.

If a business has no email address, **skip it and find another business.**

## What You Need to Find

Search Google Maps for businesses that meet **ALL** of these requirements:

* [ ] Business does **NOT** have a website listed
* [ ] **Business MUST have an email address**
* [ ] Business is a legitimate local/service-based business
* [ ] Business information can be verified

Please provide all leads in a **Google Sheet** with the following columns:

9. **Google Maps Link – REQUIRED**
10. Website
11. Number of Google Reviews
12. Google Rating

### EMAIL ADDRESS – CRITICAL REQUIREMENT

**Every single lead MUST have an email address.**

The email address should be publicly available and associated with the business.

If the email cannot be found or verified, **DO NOT ADD THE BUSINESS TO THE LIST.**

Phone numbers are useful, but **a phone number cannot replace the required email address.**

### GOOGLE MAPS LINK – REQUIRED

Every business must also have a **direct, clickable Google Maps link** in the Google Sheet.

The link should open the **exact Google Maps business listing** so the lead can easily be verified.

Do not provide only the business name or address. **Every lead must have its corresponding Google Maps URL.**

## Verification Requirements

Before adding a business, verify that:

1. The business is currently operational.
2. The business has an active Google Maps listing.
3. The business does not have a website listed on Google Maps.
4. **The business has a valid email address.**
5. The email address is associated with the correct business.
6. The Google Maps link opens the correct business listing.
7. The business is a legitimate local/service-based business.
8. The business is not a duplicate.
9. The information collected is accurate and up to date.

**Do not include businesses without an email address, even if they have a phone number.**

Do not include permanently closed businesses, inactive businesses, businesses with an existing website, or businesses where the email address cannot be found.

## Ideal Candidate

You should have:

* Experience with Google Maps research
* Lead generation experience
* Strong web research skills
* Experience finding business email addresses
* Excellent attention to detail
* Experience with Google Sheets
* Ability to verify business information accurately
* Ability to follow strict lead-generation criteria

## Deliverable

The final deliverable should be a **clean, organized, and verified Google Sheet containing qualified businesses without websites.**

**Every lead MUST contain:**

Business Name
Business Information
**Email Address**
Phone Number (if available)
**Direct Google Maps Link**
Confirmation that the business has no website

### Most Important Rule

**NO EMAIL = NO LEAD.**

Please prioritize **quality and accuracy over quantity**. I would rather receive 50 properly verified leads with email addresses than 200 leads that do not meet the requirements.

## Application Requirement
