we need an expert who can own three tightly connected areas:
Google Ads
• Build new search, shopping, and performance-max campaigns from scratch, structure them logically, and write compelling ad copy that wins auctions in competitive US/UK niches.
• Optimise existing campaigns daily/weekly—bids, audiences, negative keywords, and creative tests—with a clear eye on ROAS and CPA targets.
• Provide concise performance analysis inside Google Ads and in Looker Studio dashboards so clients can see progress at a glance.
GA4
• Set up or tidy the GA4 property for each account, including enhanced measurement, custom event tracking (via Google Tag Manager when needed), and user-ID where applicable.
• Map conversions back to Google Ads and Meta so optimisation loops stay intact.
• Deliver monthly reporting that highlights revenue attribution, cohort behaviour, and funnel drop-offs, all exportable to Google Sheets.
Meta Ads & Pixel
• Configure, audit, or repair the Meta pixel (and CAPI where appropriate) so every purchase, lead or micro-conversion is captured accurately.
• Build and scale Meta campaigns that complement the Google strategy, using broad, look-alike, and retargeting audiences.
• Analyse creative and placement performance, then recommend test plans for the next sprint.
Acceptance criteria
• All tracking fires correctly in real-time diagnostics and matches platform conversions within ±5 %.
• Campaigns launch on schedule with naming conventions we’ll share, pass policy review, and hit agreed KPIs during the first optimisation cycle.
• A short loom or written summary accompanies each major change so stakeholders stay in the loop.
