Google Ads + Reddit Ads Specialist for Windows Software Test

We are launching AI PC Companion, a Windows software product, and are looking for an experienced paid advertising specialist for a small initial test campaign.
This is NOT a social media content/posting project and NOT a long-term commitment.
We need:
Google Search Ads
Reddit Paid Ads
Conversion tracking for free software downloads and user signups
GA4 / Google Tag Manager
Reddit Pixel
UTM attribution
Initial keyword and audience research
Campaign setup, launch and initial optimization
We have our own developers, so any website or code changes required for tracking can be implemented by us.
IMPORTANT: You must have real experience managing Reddit PAID ADS. Organic Reddit posting/community management does not count.

How many Reddit Paid Ads campaigns have you personally managed?
Can you provide an example or screenshot of a Reddit Ads campaign you managed? Confidential client information can be hidden.
How would you initially target Reddit users for a Windows/AI software product offering a free download?
How would you track: Reddit Ad → Website → Free Download → Signup?
Do you have experience with Google Ads, GA4, GTM and Reddit Pixel?
How many hours would you estimate for the initial setup and launch?
Budget: $5–$10/hour.
This is initially a small validation project. If the work is good and the campaigns perform well, additional ongoing work may be available.
Please do not bid if you only have experience with organic Reddit marketing. We specifically need Reddit Paid Ads experience.
