# Hiring: Google Ads Expert – Freelance / Part-Time
Company: Stock Venture + 2 Other Brands
Location: Remote / Mumbai
Engagement: Freelance / Part-Time / Performance-Based (as applicable)
We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Expert to plan, manage, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns for Stock Venture and two other brands.
The ideal candidate should be focused on generating quality leads, customer inquiries, phone calls, and conversions while maintaining an efficient cost per lead.
### Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across all three brands.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Create and optimize Search campaigns, including call-focused campaigns where relevant.
- Manage campaign budgets, bids, search terms, negative keywords, and ad copy.
- Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking through Google Ads and Google Tag Manager.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve lead quality, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition.
- Share regular performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns while minimizing wasted ad spend.
### Required Skills
- Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and local business advertising.
- Experience with conversion tracking, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Experience managing multiple brands or business accounts is preferred.
- Must be able to explain campaign results with actual data and evidence.
