Google Ads Lead Generation

I'm looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist to help me generate B2C leads. i already have 2 google ad campaigns running that have generated between 100 clicks each, and about a thousand impressions each... however no conversions. need help getting clicks to convert and ensure conversion tracking is working properly
