Job Title: GoHighLevel Virtual Assistant – Live Client Onboarding & Customer Support
Project Brief:
Looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to handle client-facing communications and onboarding for our business on GoHighLevel (GHL).
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct live Zoom/Google Meet onboarding calls to welcome new clients and set up their accounts.
Speak directly with potential and existing customers to answer questions and provide support.
Set up basic workflows, forms, and triggers inside GoHighLevel as needed during or after onboarding calls.
Follow up via email, SMS, and phone to ensure clients complete their setup steps.
Requirements:
Fluent written and spoken English (clear phone/video communication skills required).
Proven experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) platform management.
Experience in customer support, account management, or client onboarding.
Professional, friendly, and reliable demeanor on calls.
