GoHighLevel Instagram Automation Setup

Our team engages daily on Instagram and now wants to run the heavy lifting through GoHighLevel. The goal is straightforward: lift follower engagement by letting smart workflows handle routine interactions while we focus on creative content. We publish a healthy mix of photos, videos and stories, so the automations must work seamlessly across all formats.

Here is what I need built and fully tested:

• Post scheduling: an evergreen calendar plus one-off campaign slots, triggered from our content board and posting at optimal engagement times.
• Auto-reply to comments: keyword-based, sentiment-aware responses that feel personal, with fall-back rules sending anything uncertain to a human inbox.
• DM automation: welcome sequences for new followers, quick-reply flows for common inquiries, and a re-engagement drip for inactive followers.

All workflows have to be created inside GoHighLevel, connected to our existing Instagram Business account and documented so we can tweak copy later on. I’ll provide access, branding assets and the message templates; you wire everything together, run test cases and show analytics confirming the triggers fire correctly.
