About the Project
We are a lead generation business looking for an experienced GoHighLevel and ai automations expert to design, implement, and optimize a complete CRM and automation ecosystem.
Our goal is to build a scalable system that streamlines lead management, automates follow-ups, improves lead conversion, and reduces manual operational work through intelligent workflows and AI-powered solutions.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
* Design and implement advanced GoHighLevel CRM and ai automation workflows using n8n structures and sales pipelines.
* Build and optimize GHL funnels, landing pages, and lead capture systems.
* Develop sophisticated workflows for lead nurturing, qualification, routing, and automated follow-ups.
* Configure AI voice/calling agents for inbound and outbound lead engagement.
* Set up SMS and email automation sequences for multi-channel communication.
* Build appointment booking systems, calendars, reminders, and no-show follow-up workflows.
* Implement lead routing based on source, location, qualification, and pipeline stage.
* Integrate third-party platforms using APIs, webhooks, and native integrations.
* Troubleshoot workflow issues, conduct thorough testing, and optimize system performance.
* Ensure the CRM and automation infrastructure is properly organized, scalable, and reliable.
Required Expertise
* Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, and ai automation from initial setup to complete implementation.
* Strong understanding of CRM architecture, sales pipelines, workflow logic, and marketing automation.
* Practical experience building lead generation and lead conversion systems.
* Experience with AI voice agents, APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
* Ability to independently analyze business requirements and recommend effective technical solutions.
* Strong troubleshooting, testing, and problem-solving skills.
