Blackbird Marketing is a UK digital marketing agency seeking an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) specialist for an initial project of approximately 50 hours, with potential for ongoing freelance work.
PROJECT SCOPE
We have an existing GHL agency account and a client CRM setup for a UK plumbing business. We need an expert to audit, complete, test and optimise the configuration.
Key deliverables:
Audit our GHL agency account and client sub-account.
Improve pipelines, lead assignment, custom fields and duplicate prevention.
Integrate website forms, Checkatrade, email and WhatsApp enquiries.
Configure lead follow-ups, booking reminders and automated communications.
Set up LC Phone/Twilio, IVR, call routing, voicemail and missed-call SMS where supported.
Connect external systems using Make.com, APIs and webhooks.
Create a reusable GHL snapshot for future client onboarding.
Provide testing, documentation and a clear handover.
IMPORTANT: Existing live systems must remain unaffected. All significant changes require testing and approval before deployment.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience managing GHL agency accounts and multiple client sub-accounts.
Strong knowledge of GHL workflows, telephony and integrations.
Good spoken and written English.
Ability to work independently with some UK-hours overlap.
Freelancers based in Brazil and Latin America are particularly welcome, although all qualified applicants can apply.
