I already have a playable proof-of-concept for a 3D, five-player asymmetrical PvP game built in Godot. All models were roughed out with Tripio, and the basic loop shows the idea works. Now I want to turn this experiment into a polished, cartoon-styled release that can ship on Steam and, to start with, run smoothly on Windows.

You will receive the current Godot project, placeholder assets, design notes, and a short video of the prototype in action. From there, I’m looking for someone who can tighten the netcode, replace or refine the AI-generated art where needed, and build a solid solo-play option that drops a capable AI into the same ruleset used for multiplayer.

Key deliverables
• Multiplayer: reliable peer-to-peer or dedicated-server setup for up to five players, lobby flow, and in-match sync stability.
• Single-player: AI opponents that mirror real player behaviours so the experience feels identical offline.
• Art & polish: clean, performant cartoon visuals, responsive UI, and consistent VFX/SFX. Placeholders can stay during early dev, but final assets must meet the chosen style.
• Steam readiness: build pipeline, Steamworks hooks for achievements/stats, and a testable Windows build that passes Steam’s initial review.
• Documentation: clear comments and a short setup guide so future iterations are painless.

If you have shipped or contributed to a Godot networked title before, especially with a stylised 3D look, I’d love to see it. Let me know how you’d break the work into milestones and any tools or workflows you favour for asset optimisation and version control.

The goal is a fun, stable experience we can confidently place in players’ hands—and ultimately on the Steam store.
