GMT+5 HR Interviewer, 30 meetings Weekly

I need a confident HR professional who can jump on-call from a GMT+5 time zone and reliably complete around thirty first-round screening interviews every week for our IT and software vacancies. Each call runs 15-20 minutes and is held over Zoom or Google Meet, so clear, fluent English and a stable connection are non-negotiable.

Your focus is the initial screening stage only. During every conversation you will verify the candidate’s basic IT knowledge, walk through past work experience, and gauge genuine interest and cultural fit before deciding whether to pass them forward. Accurate, concise notes must be entered into our ATS immediately after each call so our technical panel can pick up where you leave off.

Because schedules shift quickly, I need someone comfortable accepting meeting invites at short notice throughout the day. Basic familiarity with common software-engineering terms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and spreadsheets will help you keep pace.
