I have a steady stream of fresh prospects stored in a simple spreadsheet that lists only their name and email address. My objective is straightforward: the moment I drop those contacts into Google Sheets, an automated Gmail sequence should start nudging each lead toward booking a call with me.

Here’s the flow I’m picturing. A trigger spots new rows in the sheet, then sends a series of personalised messages from my Gmail account (Google Workspace). Each email should reference the prospect by name, include my Calendly link, and stop as soon as the recipient schedules a call. I’d also like basic tracking—opens, clicks, and booked-call confirmations—logged back to the sheet so I can see progress at a glance.

Deliverables I expect
• Integration that detects new rows in the spreadsheet and launches the sequence
• A multi-step Gmail campaign (3–5 emails is fine to start) written into the automation platform we choose—Zapier, Make, GMass, or a method you recommend
• Conditional logic so the sequence ends automatically once a Calendly booking occurs
• Clear hand-off instructions so I can add, pause, or tweak emails myself

If you’ve built similar lead-to-call funnels inside Gmail and can turn this around quickly, let’s talk.
