Gmail Cold Email Proxy Setup

I’m running cold-outreach campaigns through well over 50 individual Gmail inboxes, yet the combined volume will stay below 1,000 emails per day. To keep every account safe and out of spam I need each mailbox to operate behind its own clean, dedicated proxy rather than a rotating pool or VPN.

Here’s what has to happen:

• Provision and map one dedicated IPv4 (or comparable static residential) proxy to every Gmail account, ensuring the same IP is seen at login and during sends.
• Plug the accounts into my existing cold-email stack—currently basic SMTP + mail-merge, though I’m open to tools such as Gmass, Woodpecker, Lemlist, Mailreach, etc.—and make sure SPF, DKIM and DMARC are aligned.
• Apply an automated warm-up schedule so new inboxes ramp gradually and never trigger Google’s hourly or daily limits.
• Supply a concise SOP that shows me how to add or swap accounts, refresh proxies and troubleshoot lockouts.
• Oversee the first week of sending, adjusting proxy or DNS settings until seed tests land in the primary tab of Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo.

Acceptance criteria
1. Every inbox logs in through its assigned dedicated proxy without security flags.
2. A pilot send of roughly 200 messages (about four per account) reaches primary inboxes across major providers.
3. All configuration steps and credentials are documented clearly for future scaling.
