Glue-Down Laminate Floor Installation

I have a small project in Thorndale, PA—just under 300 sq ft—that needs glue-down laminate flooring professionally installed. The rooms are only partially cleared, so a portion of the old surface must come up before the new planks go down.

I will supply the laminate itself; you bring the adhesive, tools, and any underlayment or trim pieces you normally use for a clean, level finish. Please handle the selective removal of the remaining floor, prep the sub-floor, lay the planks, and handle moulding or transitions so everything looks seamless.
