Typical contents will be mixed consumer goods (“tutto, no farmaci, alcool e merce pericolosa”): clothing, accessories, small electronics, gift items, and similar non-restricted products. No pharmaceuticals, alcohol, or dangerous goods are involved.

What I expect from you
• Provide me with an Italian shipping address I can use for my orders.
• Log each incoming parcel, photograph any visible damage, and notify me.
• Store items securely (short-term; a few weeks at most) until I ask for consolidation.
• Re-pack intelligently to minimize volumetric weight while protecting fragile pieces.
• Offer 2-3 international shipping options with tracking and customs documentation.
• Share tracking numbers and proof of dispatch immediately after sending.
