I manufacture premium leather watch straps and now need hands-on help expanding into six key markets: the United States, Germany, Japan, Switzerland, Italy and France. Your core focus will be two areas:

• Shipping coordination – Arrange carriers, negotiate rates, prepare documents and track every consignment door-to-door so the straps reach distributors on time and in perfect condition. I already have in-house staff for customs paperwork, so you will concentrate on booking, scheduling and proactive problem solving with forwarders or couriers.

• Market research – Compile concise reports each month that outline demand trends, retail pricing, competitor offerings and potential distributors in each country. Action-oriented insights are what I need, not just raw data.

Deliverables
1. Confirmed shipping plans with tracking details for every outgoing batch.
2. A monthly PDF market brief for all six countries, including clear next-step recommendations.
