AblyWorks is looking for experienced Freelance Recruiters across India, Europe, the Middle East, and North America to work remotely on recruitment assignments.

What we're looking for:
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
- Experience in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Ability to independently manage recruitment assignments and candidate follow-ups.
- Good understanding of recruitment practices in your respective region.
- Availability to work in the relevant regional time zone (India, Europe, Middle East, or North America).
- Self-motivated professionals who can deliver quality candidates within agreed timelines.

Work Arrangement: Remote | Freelance | Flexible, assignment-based opportunities.

Preferred: Recruiters with experience in IT, Non-IT, or international recruitment.
