GIS Mapping for Mumbai

I need a comprehensive set of GIS map layers that accurately represents the current conditions across Greater Mumbai. The end goal is to have clean, well-structured spatial data that I can open straight away in ArcGIS Pro or QGIS and immediately integrate into both print-ready layouts and simple web maps.

Here is the core of what I’m after:
• A geodatabase (or clearly organised Shapefile folders) covering the municipal limits, fully projected to UTM Zone 43N or an equivalent India-compatible coordinate system.
• Separate, clearly named layers for the standard base themes—think land-use patterns, key transportation corridors, water bodies, administrative boundaries, utilities, points of interest—plus any other authoritative layers you recommend once we discuss data availability.
• Symbology files and map documents (MXD/QGIS project) so the cartography opens exactly as designed.
• Two high-resolution static map exports (A1 PDF and 4K PNG) and a lightweight, tiled web layer package suitable for hosting on ArcGIS Online or Leaflet.

I’ll supply any proprietary data I already own, but you may need to source reliable open data, digitise missing features, and perform light geoprocessing so everything aligns perfectly. Please include a short note on your experience with Indian geospatial datasets, mention the software you’ll use, and outline a rough timeline broken into logical milestones (data gathering, cleaning, cartography, final delivery).
