Ghostwrite Uplifting Military Fantasy Novel

I have a complete story in my head about a young man with a disability who enlists in the armed forces of a world where humans sit low on the food chain. The plot, characters, and ending are all mapped out; what I lack is the ability to turn those ideas into a polished manuscript because my dyslexia makes long-form writing almost impossible for me.

I need a ghostwriter who can translate my vision into an inspirational, uplifting narrative told in tight third-person limited perspective. The novel should spotlight themes of overcoming adversity and the quiet battles with low self-esteem that follow the protagonist from civilian life into the military and ultimately into pivotal moments where courage redefines what “disabled” means in this universe.

We will work collaboratively: I live in the UK but am happy to work long distance. Providing extensive notes maybe difficult for me, but could do voice recordings and FaceTime etc, in order to provide instruction/feedback on each chapter. I need a ghost writer to shape that material into engaging prose, refine the pacing, and ensure consistency of voice. The constant threat of apex predators must feel vivid without overshadowing the emotional journey.
