Social Media & Sales Manager

We are looking for a motivated person who is interested in a long-term collaboration to manage our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn) with a strong sales and lead-generation focus.

Your responsibilities:

* Plan, prepare and manage social media content
* Create posts and captions in coordination with us
* Publish content after approval
* Engage with followers and build new connections
* Focus on lead generation and business development
* Generate qualified leads and book sales meetings via calendar
* Track performance and suggest improvements

What we’re looking for:

* Professional English is a must
* Advanced German or a strong interest in learning German
* Social media experience is a plus, but beginners are welcome
* Most important: motivation, initiative and a strong sales mindset
* Interest in a long-term partnership

In addition to your hourly rate, you will receive a commission for successfully generated qualified leads / booked sales appointments.
