I'm looking for someone with real experience in payment operations (reconciliation, PSP coordination like PayPal/Stripe, disputes/chargebacks, KYC/onboarding basics) to coach and tutor me. I am not looking for development, integration, or bookkeeping/accounting services.

I need someone who can explain these concepts clearly in plain language, walk me through real-world examples and scenarios, and ask me questions to test my understanding. Live video/voice calls preferred.
