I run a WordPress e-commerce store that serves customers across the European Union and I want every legal base covered. What I need right now is a specialist who can take me from “probably compliant” to “fully compliant” with the GDPR and the EU e-Privacy Directive.
Here is what I already know:
• the site drops analytics, advertising and essential cookies;
• I’m uncertain whether the current privacy policy is still up to date—or even complete.
Here is what I expect from your work:
Deliverables
• Draft or overhaul the privacy policy (Italian first, an English version as a plus) so that it meets GDPR Articles 12-14 and covers e-commerce-specific obligations.
• Implement a front-end cookie banner and granular consent panel that blocks analytics and advertising cookies until consent is granted, stores proof of consent and lets users change their choices at any time.
• Produce a clear cookie policy that automatically lists every analytics, advertising and essential cookie in use and stays synchronised with the site.
• Review and harden data-protection measures on the backend—user data retention settings, right-to-erasure workflow, access logs—then provide a short audit report summarising what was fixed and why.
The store is built on WordPress (WooCommerce) so I’m open to proven plugins such as Complianz, Cookiebot or Iubenda, but feel free to propose other GDPR-ready solutions if you prefer.
Italian is my ideal working language; however, if you are fluent in English and confident with EU legal standards you are welcome to bid. Please outline your experience with WordPress compliance projects and note any relevant certifications or completed audits.
