We are looking for a Web3-native Community Builder to grow, activate, and manage an online community around a crypto/Web3 brand.
This goes beyond moderation: we want someone who understands how to create activity, conversation, loyalty, attention, and momentum.
Responsibilities:
- Build and grow Discord/community activity; welcome and engage members.
- Create recurring activities, events, competitions, quests, and discussion formats.
- Organize opt-in community participation and coordinated attention campaigns where appropriate and permitted by platform rules.
- Encourage community-created content and activate members around launches, announcements, and campaigns.
- Build relationships with active members and develop community ambassadors.
- Work with social media and marketing roles.
- Monitor sentiment and feedback, shape community tone and culture, and propose creative ways to improve activity.
Requirements:
- Previous Web3/crypto community experience.
- Strong Discord knowledge and understanding of X/Twitter and Telegram.
- Familiarity with crypto/Web3 culture and communities.
- Natural, non-corporate communication and strong written English.
- Consistent availability during the week.
- Ability to create activity without relying only on giveaways.
Nice to have:
- Experience with coordinated community campaigns, quests, ambassador programs, competitions, community points, or gamification.
- Existing Web3 community connections.
- Gaming, casino, betting, social platform, or entertainment community experience.
Engagement: remote, flexible/part-time, ongoing monthly cooperation.
Compensation: approximately €500–€750/month depending on experience and scope.
Screening questions:
1. Which Web3 communities have you managed or helped grow?
2. What was the approximate community size?
3. Give an example of an activity you created that significantly improved engagement.
4. How would you revive a Discord server that has members but very low daily activity?
5. What monthly compensation would you expect?
Fully remote worldwide. The fixed project budget of €500–€750 covers ONE MONTH of work only. This is an ongoing monthly retainer, with scope and availability agreed within that budget.
We plan to make one initial hire across these four role searches, with potential additional hires later.
