Gaming Video Editor Needed for YouTube

Looking for a gaming video editor for ONE YouTube video. I have about 1 hour of raw gameplay footage (Minecraft/Fortnite style, commentary). I need it cut down to a 15-20 minute video: remove dead time, keep the best moments, tight pacing, simple captions or on-screen text where it helps, light music and sound effects. Clear brief provided on award. 2 revision rounds. Need delivery by Sunday, October 25. Budget is around $80-100 for the whole video, so please bid realistically. Share 2-3 gaming edit samples and your turnaround.
