Gamified Educational Web App Developer Needed

I need an experienced web developer to build an MVP for a gamified educational web application for UK primary-school children aged 5–7 (KS1).

The first MVP will focus only on Year 1 Maths, starting with Addition. I already have the initial UI/UX concept and mock-ups.

Core features:

* Child learner profiles with name/avatar
* Interactive maths lessons and activities
* Visual multiple-choice/counting questions
* Audio support for instructions and questions
* Progressive hint system
* Correct/incorrect feedback
* XP, stars, rewards and learning progression
* Lessons that unlock as children progress
* Progress tracking: answers, attempts, hints and performance
* Secure PIN-protected parent/teacher area
* Adult dashboard showing progress, answers and areas needing improvement
* Responsive design for tablets, computers and mobile phones
* Scalable content system so I can add new lessons/questions later without rebuilding the application

This should be a web application, not a simple informational website.

It should be designed so that it can later expand into full KS1 Maths and English, followed by additional year groups and potentially different national curricula.

Future offline/PWA capability is desirable, particularly because I am interested in eventually making the platform suitable for schools with limited internet connectivity.

For this first project I want to keep the MVP deliberately small and validate it with children and teachers before expanding.
