For our new healthcare-recruitment landing page I want a single, elegant circular animation that instantly conveys one clear message: AI carefully assesses clinician suitability.

The motion: an abstract, cell-like electronic element travels around the ring in a gentle wave, emitting a subtle pulse at key points. Five micro-labels—Evaluate, assess, filter, shortlist, recommend—illuminate in sequence as the element passes, revealing the journey from first screening to final recommendation. Please keep the piece lightweight, fully responsive and browser-friendly, built in SVG/CSS or Lottie so the dev team can drop it straight into the page without performance hits.

Visual direction: a dark, futuristic backdrop with refined glowing accents; minimal but high-contrast typography for the micro-labels; smooth, polished colour transitions that feel clinical yet cutting-edge.

Alongside the animation I also need:
• an improved hero-section layout showing how the piece anchors the headline and call-to-action
• a static design mock-up for approval before build
• editable source files (Sketch, Figma or equivalent)
• clear hand-off notes for developers covering asset sizes, animation parameters and embed code

Acceptance criteria:
• Animation loads in under 120 KB, scales from mobile to desktop, and loops seamlessly.
• All five micro-labels remain legible at 320 px width.
