I have a set of AI-generated concept images (JPEG) that show the aesthetic outline of a humanoid-robot foot. What I still need is the complete mechanical design, built natively in Fusion 360, ready for multi-material 3-D printing and assembly.

Scope of work
• Turn the flat concept art into a fully parametric model that captures every mechanical element—sole, toe joints, internal linkages, fastener points, actuator cavities, cable or hose channels, and any protective covers.
• Separate the geometry into print-friendly bodies: soft, flexible sections in TPU 98A/95A/85A, a stiff structural core in PPA-CF, and rigid auxiliary parts in PLA-CF. Keep wall thicknesses, clearances, and tolerances appropriate to those materials.
• Optimise part orientation and interface features so the components can be printed on a consumer FDM machine with minimal supports, then bolt or snap together reliably.
• Supply a motion-ready assembly inside Fusion 360 so I can simulate toe flexion and load bearing before releasing files to the printer.

Deliverables
– Native Fusion 360 (.f3d) file with full timeline
– STEP and STL exports of all bodies, clearly named by material
– An exploded view and simple PDF drawing that calls out critical dimensions, fastener sizes, and print settings

Acceptance criteria
1. All joints articulate in Fusion 360 without collisions.
2. STL files pass basic manifold checks (no inverted normals, non-manifold edges).
3. When the model is sliced with a 0.4 mm nozzle at 0.2 mm layer height, overhangs stay within 45° or feature integrated supports.

If you have previous experience designing wearable robotics or multi-material prints, please mention it and include a quick link to a comparable project. I’m ready to move forward as soon as I find a freelancer who can demonstrate both creative interpretation of concept art and rigorous mechanical thinking.
