Full-Time Smart Collar Herd Analyst

I run a herd fitted with Smart collars that stream activity levels, rumination data, temperature and other health metrics around the clock. I need a full-time analyst who can live inside that data, translate it into clear, timely insights and help me make faster, better management decisions.

You will pull the raw collar feed into our specialized herd-management software, clean and structure it, then surface trends, outliers and early-warning health signs. Accurate behaviour monitoring—identifying heat cycles, lameness hints or sudden drops in rumination—is just as important as producing concise daily and weekly reports that spell out what the numbers mean for productivity and animal welfare.

Proficiency with industry platforms such as Allflex, Afimilk, SenseHub or similar, along with strong data-visualisation skills in tools like Power BI or Tableau, is essential because I rely on dashboards to spot issues at a glance. If you already build automatic alerts that ping me the moment data drift appears, even better.
