Full-Time Bilingual Virtual Assistant

I own a growing home remodeling company in the U.S. and I’m looking for a full-time bilingual English/Spanish VA who can grow with the company long term.

I need someone who is smart, organized, easy to communicate with, dependable, and willing to learn.

You do not need to know everything. I would rather have someone who knows a little about a lot of things and can figure things out than someone who only knows one job.

You must speak EXCELLENT English and also be fluent in Spanish. You may occasionally help communicate with our Spanish-speaking crews, so being comfortable talking on the phone is important.

You will help me with things like:

- HoneyBook CRM
- Basic bookkeeping and expense tracking
- Customer follow-up
- Creating spreadsheets and trackers
- Tracking material orders for remodeling projects
- Organizing files and Google Drive
- Canva
- Facebook and Instagram
- YouTube
- Google Business Profile
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- Responding to customer messages and comments
- Helping keep jobs and the office organized
- Possibly answering customer calls in the future

This is really an all-around office/admin/marketing position.

I am looking for someone who can eventually become my right-hand person in the office and help keep everything organized while I am out selling and managing remodeling projects.

Starting pay is $5/hour, full time, with the opportunity to grow toward $10/hour as you learn the business, become more independent, and take on more responsibility.

I am looking for someone who wants a long-term position, not just another short freelance project.
