I’ve already uploaded the complete documentS and now need a seasoned team to turn it into a production-ready rideshare ecosystem. The scope covers three customer-facing channels—Android, iOS, and a responsive web app—plus dedicated driver portals and a full-featured admin dashboard.

Core features to implement
• Custom user profiles with ratings that include advanced reviews, profile photos, bios, and the ability for riders to save their most frequented pickup and drop-off points.
• An integrated rewards and loyalty program that lets users earn points, unlock bonuses, and track their status directly in their account.
• Real-time fare bidding so riders can post a request and watch drivers competitively offer prices before confirming the trip.

Standard rideshare essentials—GPS tracking, secure in-app payments, live ETA updates, push notifications, surge pricing logic, and dispute management—are assumed and detailed in the REDs. The backend must scale easily, expose clean REST/GraphQL APIs, and log every transactional event for analytics.

Deliverables
1. Android app (Kotlin or cross-platform).
2. iOS app (Swift or cross-platform).
3. Web application for riders and drivers.
4. Web-based admin panel with real-time metrics and user management.
5. Source code, testing suite, and deployment scripts.
6. Post-launch support window we’ll define together.

I’m open to your preferred tech stack—whether you lean toward Flutter, React Native, or native builds—as long as performance, security, and maintainability stay front and center. Include a milestone outline, a brief on similar projects you’ve shipped, and how you’d tackle the bidding logic, and we can schedule a call to dive into the REDs in detail.
