Full-Stack Fixes Needed

My application needs a thorough round of fixes across every layer—user interface, backend logic, and database. At the moment the front-end shows visual glitches on some screens, the middle tier occasionally returns the wrong data or fails under load, and a few database operations are far slower than they should be.

Always mentions which changes are done though proper changes and deliver with minimum bugs.

Every change must ship in a clearly documented commit or pull request, with enough test coverage (unit or integration) to prove the fix works. A short summary of what you changed and why will round out each deliverable.
