Full-Stack Developer to Build a Restaurant Management SaaS Platform

I’m looking for an experienced full-stack developer to build a restaurant management SaaS platform from the ground up.
The idea is to create a platform where multiple restaurants can sign up and manage their operations from one place. For example, a restaurant owner should be able to manage their menu, tables, orders, staff, and view their sales from a central dashboard.
This will be a multi-tenant SaaS, so each restaurant should have its own account, data, settings, and users while everything is managed through the same platform.
I’m open to your recommendations regarding the technology and architecture. However, experience with Next.js and Node.js would be a strong advantage.
I’m looking for someone who has real SaaS development experience and understands scalable architecture, APIs, databases, authentication, payments, and production deployment.
Experience with restaurant POS, food delivery, ordering, or similar management platforms is a strong advantage.
The project will be developed in phases, starting with an MVP and expanding into the full platform.
