We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Web Developer to build a digital Expert Pool platform for our Swiss healthcare company.
The purpose of the platform is to manage a flexible pool of qualified healthcare professionals who can accept individual assignments when additional capacity is required.
We want to replace manual coordination through phone calls, WhatsApp messages, spreadsheets and separate availability lists with one simple, modern and efficient web platform.
The platform will have two main areas:
1. Administration Portal
- Manage healthcare professionals / Pool Partners
- Profiles, qualifications and permitted activities
- Availability and working regions
- Create one-time and recurring assignments
- Intelligent search and matching of suitable professionals
- Send assignment requests to one or multiple Pool Partners
- Monitor accepted, declined, open and completed assignments
- Review submitted working time and documentation
- Dashboard and operational overview
2. Pool Partner Portal
- Personal profile
- Availability calendar
- Working regions / radius
- Receive assignment opportunities
- Accept or decline assignments
- View upcoming assignments
- Record completed working time
- Submit required assignment documentation
- View personal assignment history and statistics
The long-term concept also includes features such as automated settlements, notifications, document management, internal communication, analytics, gamification/points, ranking, knowledge centre and additional automation.
Important: A comprehensive Product Requirements & Project Specification has already been prepared. The detailed specification will be shared with shortlisted developers.
We are not looking for a simple Excel, Google Sheets or VBA solution. The project should be developed as a proper responsive multi-user web application with a database, secure authentication and a scalable structure.
The design direction already exists through another Time2Care platform and should be reused where practical, so a completely new design concept is not required.
We are open to the Developer recommending the most suitable technology stack and implementation approach.
When submitting your proposal, please briefly answer:
1. Which technology stack would you recommend for this project?
2. Have you previously developed a comparable multi-user web platform?
3. Can you provide examples of relevant previous work?
4. How would you approach the project and divide the development into milestones?
5. What would be your estimated development time and total price?

We are interested in building a long-term working relationship. The platform should be developed step by step and expanded over time based on actual operational needs.
