Full-Stack Dev for Polyclinic Website Upgrade

I am looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer/Team to complete and significantly upgrade my existing Polyclinic + Diagnostic Centre healthcare website. Approximately 20–30% has already been developed using Emergent, and the complete existing source code will be provided for audit and further development.
The goal is to create a professional healthcare platform with functionality similar to Apollo 24/7, customized for our clinic — including doctor search & appointment booking, diagnostic tests, health packages, home sample collection, patient/family profiles, medical reports & records, prescriptions, payments, invoices, offers, notifications, and a comprehensive patient dashboard.
MOST IMPORTANT: I need a powerful Super Admin Panel from which virtually EVERYTHING can be controlled without coding — doctors, departments, appointments, patients, diagnostic categories/tests, prices, discounts, TAT, packages, reports, bookings, payments, coupons, home collection, users/roles, banners, website content, pages, FAQs, notifications, settings, etc. Full CRUD, role-based permissions, bulk CSV/Excel import/export and audit logs are required.
Existing Emergent code should first be technically audited and reused/enhanced wherever suitable; weak portions may be rebuilt. The final platform must be responsive, secure, scalable and production-ready with complete frontend, backend, database, APIs and Admin/Patient/Staff dashboards.
