I’m launching an entertainment-focused lifestyle vlog and want to hand the entire channel over to a capable team that can take it from concept to published video and steady growth. You will be responsible for every stage:
• Planning a compelling content calendar and arranging the shoots—please pitch fresh, audience-friendly ideas and coordinate any on-location or studio filming that’s required.
• Editing the footage into polished episodes, crafting eye-catching titles, custom thumbnails, and SEO-smart descriptions (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, Photoshop—whatever tools you prefer, so long as the results look professional).
• Uploading on schedule and driving engagement: optimise tags, create playlists, respond to viewer comments, and run collaboration or shorts campaigns to expand reach (TubeBuddy or vidIQ experience is a plus).
Deliverables I will review each week:
1. Content plan & shoot schedule for upcoming videos.
2. Final edits ready for approval—including title, thumbnail, and description drafts.
3. Performance report detailing views, watch time, and engagement actions taken.
