Full Residential B+G+2 Design Package

I need a coordinated set of Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings for a residential project in India — Basement + Ground + 2 upper floors. The building will follow a contemporary style, so clean lines, efficient use of space, and plenty of natural light should drive the concept.

All work must comply with the latest Indian standards and codes (NBC 2016, relevant IS codes like IS456:2000, IS875, etc for concrete, seismic, wind, and services). Local municipal submission requirements also have to be met.

Deliverables
• Concept and sanction drawings (plans, sections, elevations)
• Detailed working drawings with schedules and door–window legends
• Structural analysis report plus RCC reinforcement drawings (STAAD, ETABS, or equivalent native files + PDF)
• Full MEP set: plumbing & sanitary layouts, electrical SLD and wiring plans, lighting, fire-fighting, and HVAC sizing/layouts
• Coordinated 3D model or clash-free CAD files
• BOQ and basic material specifications
and All possible drawings or information may be necessary and not mentioned above for the construction of a home.

Final files are required in AutoCAD (DWG) and PDF, with calculations (proper reference to books/standards/formulas used) in an editable format (Mathcad or Excel). Timelines, milestone breakdown, and any questions about site data can be discussed once we start.

Plot Detail:
Plot is in trapezium shape. 43 ft front North road side, road 40 ft wide; 36.5 ft back; and 50 ft deep; East side is perpendicular to north and south sides.
