Full-Feature Ecommerce Site Build

I have already secured my own domain and a specific design/theme that I want to follow. I now need a developer who can turn those mock-ups into a fully operational ecommerce website on that domain.

Core functionality I must have:
• User registration and secure login
• Payment gateway integration
• Product reviews and ratings
• “Request a quotation” option for selected items
• AI-powered chatbot for instant answers
• Live chat that connects visitors with a sales representative
• Delivery-progress tracking for customers
• Standard add-to-cart and checkout flow
• Search and browse by category

The finished site should be responsive, fast, SEO-friendly, and simple for me to update (products, prices, and content). I’m flexible on the underlying tech stack—as long as it runs smoothly on my own domain and scales well, I will NOT accept platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.

Please deliver clean, well-documented code, configure basic analytics, and include a short admin guide so I can manage the store after launch. Give a full mockup or demo of the final product. If you have any questions on the design i need or references please let me know.
