Full-Cycle Sales Rep - Cold Call to Close | US Home Services | Start Monday

US-BASED APPLICANTS ONLY.

WHAT THIS IS

Full-cycle sales role calling US home-service businesses - roofing, HVAC replacement, and window replacement.

You start on the phone: calling owners, getting to the person who can actually say yes, finding real opportunities, and booking your own meetings. Strong reps move into running those meetings themselves - discovery, presenting Nexaio, handling objections, asking for the sale, and closing the deals they sourced.

If you want to set appointments forever, this isn't it. We want people who want to become complete salespeople.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Call US home-service business owners and decision makers
- Get past the gatekeeper to the person who can decide
- Qualify honestly - disqualify a bad fit instead of stuffing the calendar
- Book your own meetings
- As you prove out: run those meetings, handle objections, and close

WHAT WE PROVIDE

- The companies to call and the phone numbers
- Account context where we have it
- Our sales framework
- Product and offer training
- Coaching on your actual calls
- CRM and workflow
- Closing training for reps who earn it

You should be selling, not building lists.

WHO WE WANT

- Based in the United States. This role is US-only.
- Confident on the phone with business owners
- B2B sales experience
- Real closing experience - this one matters most
- Strong on objections, natural in conversation, not a script reader
- Coachable and competitive
- Reliable during US business hours

Roofing, HVAC or home-services experience helps but isn't required. We care more about whether you can sell.

PAID EVALUATION

This posting is a small paid evaluation so both sides can decide whether there is a fit: a short onboarding walkthrough and a live sales conversation with us, including a roleplay.

Compensation after the initial evaluation is performance-focused and will be discussed during the interview. Strong reps will have the opportunity to progress from cold calling into running and closing their own sourced opportunities. Full ongoing terms will be agreed before continuing beyond the initial trial.

STARTING MONDAY

We're moving quickly on this. We're interviewing now and want the right people ready to start Monday.

ANSWER THESE FIVE IN YOUR BID

1. Where in the US are you based and what timezone? Can you start this coming Monday? Which US business-hour windows can you work consistently?
2. How long have you been cold calling, who did you call (owners, executives, consumers), and in which industries? Roughly how many dials can you hold in a focused day?
3. Have you actually closed deals yourself, not just booked meetings? What were you selling, what was a typical deal size, and what was your close rate? If you have not closed before, say so plainly.
4. You are at the end of a sales call and the owner says: "This sounds good, but I need to think about it." What do you say next? Give your actual words, exactly as you would say them on the call.
5. Paste a public link to a 60-90 second recording of you cold calling a roofing company owner. Open the call, earn another 30 seconds, and ask your first real question. No resume reading - we want to hear how you actually sound.

The recording carries the most weight. Bids without it will normally not advance. Please don't send a generic proposal.
